Growing up, I suppressed my authentic self from very early on. Due to my family circumstances I carried limiting beliefs almost from birth if you will. I believed I was unlovable, not good enough, that no one will ever like me and that was the reality I created for myself.
I never felt like I truly fitted in, always felt like an outsider, struggling in friendships and relationships and constantly worrying and overthinking my past and future.
I didn’t love myself and it showed. Due to these limiting beliefs I created a life full of emotional pain and suffering. All my negative experiences and negative emotions can be traced back to those beliefs. That was something I only found out at the age of 23.
Before that I tried working on my anxiety and fears the traditional way, therapy, self-help content, but It didn’t help. It was also around this time when I discovered my MASTER ALIGNMENT method, that helped me shift into a completely different version of myself.
I don’t claim to be fully free from my fears or anxiety or that I am completely healed, however, I am now fully capable of holding space for internal healing to happen. I stopped resisting how I am feeling on the inside and I can allow myself to fully feel through my suppressed emotions, integrate them, identify limiting beliefs and change them, to be and express my authentic self, without holding back.
Helping others on this endeavor of becoming their authentic selves, free from doubt, fears, and overthinking is my biggest passion. Because I have walked the path of pain and emotional suffering myself, I know how tough it is, I know how stuck you can feel by yourself, like nothing will ever change and this is how it is going to be forever.
